 The laboratory offers a wide range of research services, including:

Physical parameter testing:

  • etermination of the particle size distribution of soil (sieve analysis, hydrometer analysis)
  • Determination of physical parameters of soils such as water content, bulk density,
  • Analiza makroskopowa,
  • Macroscopic examination
  • .Determination of organic matter content (ignition method and oxidation method)

Strength and deformation testing:

  • Determination of strength parameters of soils, such as the oedometric modulus of deformation, optimum moisture content, and maximum dry density of the soil skeleton,
  • Determination of the angle of internal friction and cohesion (ABS)
  • Performing triaxial tests (UU, CU, and CD methods)
  • Determination of organic matter content, mineral components, and other soil parameters
  • Preparation of reports.

Geological-engineering and geotechnical tests:

  • or the purposes of spatial development, design of building structures, mining operations and storage and disposal of substances and waste
  • The laboratory offers testing according to the PN-EN and PN-88/B-04481 standards upon the client’s request.
